This Sunday, January 17, we will be closing at 6:30pm for a staff meeting. So be sure to stop by before 6:30 for your Sunday evening coffee fix!
We’ll be closing early on New Year’s Eve and opening a few hours later on New Years Day this year:
New Years Eve – Dec. 31: 7:00am – 2:00pm
New Years Day – Jan 1: 10:00am – 8:00pm
Best wishes for a Happy and Healthy 2010 from all of us at Chinatown Coffee Co.!
The holiday season is here – and that means some time off for our busy baristas!
Here are our hours for the week of Christmas:
Thursday, Dec. 24: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Friday, Dec. 25: CLOSED
Saturday, Dec. 26: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Sunday, Dec. 27: back to normal hours
Look for our New Year’s hours to be posted next week… and Happy Holidays!
Starting today we’ll be offering up sandwiches from Patisserie Poupon – today’s selection includes turkey, brie and ham on baguette or brioche bread.
Large sandwiches are $7 and the slightly smaller version is $6.50.
Stop by and try one for lunch today!
To help our staff enjoy Thanksgiving with their families, we will have shortened hours this week, but don’t worry – we’ll still be open every morning so you can get your daily coffee fix!
We’ll be having a couple new coffees coming up in the next week. We’ll be cupping Intelligentsia’s newest coffees from Ethiopia and Mexico to see what will be on our menu. There’s also a possibility of some coffee from a secret Portland (and now New York) roaster that might sneak onto the table.
Also, check out our ever-expanding retail shelves for an extensive tea selection (thanks again to Intelligentsia).
The Hacienda La Esmeralda Special is amazing. It blends citrus with caramel and is quite robust and complex. It’s a special treat and one that is really worth trying.
Just want to thank Mike Sala, one of our awesome baristas, for his great work helping us from day one getting the shop up and running, as he departs for overseas studying and work. Looking forward to hearing about all the great things Mike is up to and getting him in for a guest pull or two. Thanks, from Max/Katie and the Boys.
Hope everyone had a great summer. We are changing our hours this fall. Mon-Fri, 7am-8pm; Sat 8am-8 pm; and Sun 8am-7pm. Thanks for everyone’s support of what we are doing here in Chinatown.
